Not yet, but children and parents are made to feel comfortable in the Service. It is possible to ‘escape’ to the back room if needs be, and sometimes an ad hoc Sunday School is run.

We distribute leaflets to local houses and in the city centre, we occasionally hold special events and our speakers are at liberty to preach evangelistically. We believe in the free offer of the Gospel.
Our prayer meeting is on Thursdays at 7pm. This is a very important event and is well attended.
The Bible Study is run at the beginning of the Prayer Meeting on Thursdays.
Normally the Pastor will preach. In his absence, a visiting minister will preach instead.
The church has supported Christian work in Sri Lanka, Philippines, Japan and the UK. Fellowship members are encouraged to support Christian workers on the mission field.
At the moment we are not affiliated, but we pay special tribute to the help we receive from the Association of Grace Baptist Churches South East, the Grace Baptist Trust Corporation and Spring Road Evangelical Church in Southampton.
Yes. Bethesda Mission trustees very kindly gifted the building to Grace Baptist Church, Portsmouth in late 2012. The building is held in trust for the use of the Lord’s work in Copnor.
